	Position:	Senior Web Designer / Programmer / SEO+

	Overview:	Senior Web Designer will possess the skills necessary to develop design solutions ranging from simple site development to coding complex interfaces by hand, using XHTML and CSS. Many projects will require advanced coding skills to be able to offer systems analysis and design knowledge for web based applications such as e-Commerce. The SWD will work closely with the project manager in formulating designs and strategies that will insure client satisfaction.

	Requirements:	Candidate must have must have a minimum of 3-5 years of successful work experience as a developer within a web, application, and/or software development company. Must be able to work independently in conceiving, executing, and maintaining design concepts through all phases of a project. Must be proficient in CSS, HTML, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, JavaScript, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office and a strong knowledge of Flash and similar programs. Experience in developing web based applications, including knowledge of scripting languages specifically ASP, ColdFusion, PHP, Linux, and MySQL. Macromedia CFMX certification and SEO experience a plus.
